Jeff Hanemaayer
We're beyond excited to welcome Jeff Hanemaayer, Former Owner of Roadtrek Motorhomes and son of founder, Jac Hanemaayer, as our special guest speaker! Jeff will share Roadtrek’s early history with some untold personal anecdotes that you’ve never heard before.
And that’s not all – attendees will get an exclusive look at the last Roadtrek designed by Jac himself, a one-of-a-kind 2006 210-Popular.
Join the Roadtrek Convoy
Get ready for an exciting journey to the Roadtrek 50th Anniversary Rally by joining our special Roadtrek Convoy! Travel together with fellow Roadtrekkers and experience the camaraderie and excitement as we head to the rally grounds. We have two convenient meet-up locations for you to choose from:

We have a form for you to sign up for the convoy. Participation is free of charge for Rally attendees. Our dedicated volunteers from Roadtrek International will lead the convoy and meet you at the rendezvous locations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Factory Tour
Step inside the world of Roadtrek during our exclusive factory tour, where you'll not only witness firsthand how your beloved camper vans are crafted, but also have the unique opportunity to meet and greet with our CEO. Gain insights from our skilled workers as they demonstrate the craftsmanship behind each vehicle. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn about the innovations that keep Roadtrek at the forefront of RV design.
Meals
Join us for a delicious, chef-prepared BBQ dinner on Wednesday evening.
Tuesday evening a Pizza social will be hosted by Roadtrek International Chapter of FMCA.
While these are the supplied meals of the rally, attendees are encouraged to explore local dining options or are welcome to prepare their own breakfasts, and lunches.
We will also have a food vendor located on site with breakfast, coffee and lunch options for purchase.
Live Concert
Tap your feet to the rhythm of live music as we host Coalescence to entertain you. A perfect backdrop for a lively evening, where you can enjoy tunes under the stars.

A Guide to Your Adventure
Each day is packed with unique experiences, from relaxed potlucks and lively lawn games to insightful seminars and vibrant live concerts. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the schedule to maximize your participation and enjoyment at this memorable event.
Day 1 - Arrival and Welcome (August 13)
- 2:00 PM: Campers arrive and set up.
- Afternoon/Evening: Engage in fun lawn games and socialize with free time.
- 5:30 PM: Pizza Social Hosted by Roadtrek International Chapter of FMCA in the main pavilion.
- Evening: Gather around designated campfire areas, where wood is provided for a cozy end to the day.
Day 2 - Full Day of Activities (August 14)
- 8:00 AM: First shuttle departs for Factory Tour.
- Daytime: Participate in a variety of activities, browse vendor offerings, enjoy games, and attend informative seminars.
- 5:00 PM: Join us at the main stage where we kick-off the evenings celebration and giveaway some amazing prizes. Roadtrek employees join campers, enhancing the community feel.
- 6:00 PM: BBQ dinner is served.
- 7:30 - 9:30 PM: Enjoy a live concert to dance the night away.
Day 3 - Farewell (August 15)
- 09:00 AM: Cornhole Tournament Finals
- 10:00 AM: Check-out and goodbyes. Ensure all personal belongings are packed, and leave with a heart full of memories and new friendships.

Delicious Celebration

Each dish is crafted to perfection, blending classic campfire favorites with gourmet twists that are sure to delight your palate.

Meet at the main pavilion for some Pizza and company to meet members ofRoadtrek International Chapter of FMCA. A club for owners of Roadtreks from the US and Canada. All are welcome (including non-members) Please bring your own beverage.
